At Lumenory, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@lumenoryhome.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Late or Missing Refunds
